Please see part 1.
Now that I got Sascha's lovely face and hair down, I decided to go for the top and pants. Since she is wearing an 18th uniform complete with epaulettes, I decided to give her a pinkish top and modern day US Woodland camouflage pants as a reminder she is not constrained by any generation's fashion.
Well, she is a time traveller after all, and I imagine Sascha wearing clothes across the centuries. A thrifty girl can find K-mart blue light savings of 20% off in 1975 New York on women's tops, an Admiral's Jacket on pawn for half a guinea in London during the Peace of Amiens in 1802 and army camouflage pants at a 2012 Toronto thrift shop.
I think she is coming along nicely.
In part 3, I'll have to tackle the 18th Century uniform.

Great work! I especially enjoy the camo pants.
